Mediterranean Vinaigrette Salad Dressing
This mediterranean vinaigrette salad dressing is the perfect salad dressing for greek salad, a quick spinach salad, or my favorite mediterranean cucumber salad.
Ingredients
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- ½ cup red wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Add olive oil and red wine vinegar to a small bowl.
- Mix in all remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
- Add to your Mediterranean salad or use as a marinade.
